Near the top of the list, we price everything we do in advance...no ifs, no ands or buts. We are one of the few plumbing companies that use a menu or "flat rate" system. No other plumbing company can match our system though...it's honest and clear cut so you completely understand the extent of the job and the proposed fee.

When you phone KC’s 23 ½ Hour Plumbing Services, our friendly customer service representatives will listen to your service request and explain that we charge an initial upfront service diagnostic fee.  And yet, our CSRs are not plumbers so they cannot give plumbing solution pricing over the phone.  In fact, no professional plumber can give you a price over the phone without an on-site diagnosis.

Once we arrive at your home and have thoroughly diagnosed the job to be done, you’ll know what it costs before we start the job. Which means that we do nothing without your prior approval. From your perspective, we realize that there’s nothing worse than getting a larger-than-expected bill once a job is done.  That NEVER happens with KC’s 23 ½ Hour plumbing Inc.

1. You approve the work to be done and the cost before we start
2. The price is locked in for the task approved
3. You are always in control of the price
